This is your opportunity to brush up on your Fair Housing Skills with Sharon Jackman - an excellent class for managers and maintenance. Once you've completed this interactive learning opportunity, you can challenge the NAHMA Fair Housing Exam for certification.

Every year there are more and more cases dealing with Fair Housing issues. Make sure you are prepared and alerted to small insignificant incidents that can explode and cost you money. (Be sure to bring Chapter 2 of your 4350.3)

Fair Housing Certification Exams must be ordered from NAHMA. You MUST register by February 1 in order to take the exam.

We strongly encourage all of you to become certified in Fair Housing. This class will also count toward National Maintenance Certification and CEU’s for all programs.
